We take pride in making sure that your merchandise is packed and shipped with great care. In most cases, your item will arrive via FEDEX or UPS.
No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from HK SYSTEMS / VisionTechShop.com. Please let us know why you're returning the item or if there was anything wrong with your order.
All return claims must be made within 30 days of shipment date. Returns must be made within 30 days of the issuance of the Return Authorization to be eligible to receive full credit.
All returned items must be received in salable condition with all manuals, parts and paperwork intact.
Used all products/parts will not be accepted for return.
All defective products are returned to us first. We will not send a replacement before receiving the defective product from the customer. We will decide if the damage is covered by warranty upon receipt and investigation of the product. If the product is covered by warranty, we will send a replacement product.
