#2 How to Create a New PLU?

1. Press the [MENU] key then [3]→[1]→[1] key. Short Cut: [MENU] + [S3]
There are several fields that may be programmed for each PLU.
2. Press number [1] key to enter item code andconfirmed with the [PRINT|ENTER] key.
3. Press number [2] key to enter product name and confirmed with the [PRINT|ENTER] key.
4. Press number [4] key to set the Type of PLU, press [FOR|YES/NO] key to select and press the [PRINT|ENTER] key.
5. Repeat these steps for all remaining PLU.
#3 How to Enter a Store Information?

1. Press the [MENU] key and [1]→ [1] key. Short Cut: [MENU] + [S1]
2. Enter the desired Store information 1 and 2 and press the [PRINT|ENTER] key.(Up to 60 characters and spaces. Depending on the font size on the label, not all characters will print.)
Store info 1 and 2 will be printed on the bottom of the label.

1. Press [MENU] key then [1]→[2]. Short Cut: [MENU]→[S2]
2. Press [1], "1. Set Date" will start blinking.
3. Enter the current date in MM/DD/YY format, and press [PRINT|ENTER] key to confirm.
4. Press [PRINT|ENTER] key, "2. Set Time" will start blinking.
5. Enter the current time in military (24 hour clock) time, and press [PRINT|ENTER] key to confirm.
6. Press [PRINT|ENTER] key, "3. Separator" will start blinking.
7. Press [OVERRIDE] or [FOR|YES/NO] key to select the symbol that separates the date, and press [PRINT|ENTER] key to confirm.
8. Press [PRINT|ENTER] key, "4. Date Format" will start blinking.
9. Press [OVERRIDE] or [FOR|YES/NO] key to select the date format, and press [PRINT|ENTER] key to confirm.
10. Press [SAVE] key to save the setting.

Refer "Operation Manual" Pg. 38-40 for Label Type and Format.
1. Press [MENU] key then [4]→[1]→[1]→[4]. Short Cut: [MENU]→[S12]
2. Press [FOR|YES/NO] key to select the desired label format from 21 label formats.
3. Press [PRINT|ENTER] key to confirm, then [SAVE] key to save the setting.
1. Press [TOOLS] key, then press [5] to enter the "5. Label Format List".
2. Press [FOR|YES/NO] key to find the desired label format.
3. Press [PRINT|ENTER] key then [FOR|YES/NO] to select "Yes".
4. Press [PRINT|ENTER] key to confirm, then [SAVE] key to save the setting.
Check if the selected label format fits on the label.
